PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION WITH COVID-19 I AM ONLY MAKING ONE TRIP TO THE POST OFFICE PER WEEK, USUALLY ON A WEDNESDAY. DELIVERY SERVICES ARE UNDER EXTREME PRESSURE AT THIS TIME THEREFORE ADDITIONAL TIME SHOULD BE ALLOWED FOR YOUR PARCEL TO MAKE ITS WAY THROUGH THE SYSTEM. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
We are currently only able to offer delivery within the United Kingdom. We are very sorry if this disappoints you but we hope to be able to extend this in the future.
Current turnaround time for all custom orders is 3-4 weeks. Ready to post items will be sent out within 3 working days unless ordered with custom items where all will be sent together. If you wish ready to post and custom items to be sent separately please place separate orders.
If you live within 5 miles of J&T HQ I will hand deliver your parcel at no shipping cost. All other orders are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature upon receipt. Please check your address carefully when you order and note that orders placed using PayPal as a payment method can only be sent to the address listed on your PayPal account at time of checkout.
Postage is generally charged at a flat rate of £4.20 regardless of how much you order. However if you are only ordering a couple of smaller items postage will be charged at £2.90. Postage charges are automatically applied at checkout based on the contents of your basket.
Royal Mail do not consider parcels lost until 14 working days have passed. If you do not receive your order within 14 working days of your shipping notification please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Fabric and Care Information
Pattern placement may vary on each item due to restrictions when cutting. Smaller sizes in particular may not feature full designs if the featured pattern is large.
The majority of items are made with cotton jersey (95% cotton, 5% elastane) and I advise that you wash inside out at 30, do not tumble dry and iron on the reverse at a low heat avoiding any poppers if necessary. I cannot be held responsible for any fault with your product if this advice is not followed.
A certain amount of fading and wear and tear is expected as with any garment, particularly in areas of hard wear such as bums and knees on leggings/rompers where children are crawling/shuffling. Fading may be more visible on darker fabrics. Washing inside out and not tumble drying will reduce these issues.
Although products are made and finished to the highest standard, poppers may become unstable with time and repeated washing, please cease use if this is the case.
